ServiceMaster by Elite was founded by Damir Hokman and Adam Hannula. Damir was the project manager for ServiceMaster San Diego for six years before he became the owner of ServiceMaster by Elite.
Adam, on the other hand, worked as a Property Claims Adjuster for Farmers Insurance from 2010 to 2013, at which point he started working with ServiceMaster San Diego as a project manager and marketing specialist.

In March 2018 Adam and his team came in assessed our mold situation, started work asap, had the master bathroom remediated and had an air-quality test completed within four days. Very professional, answers his phone immediately, great team of people!
His workers even drove all the way back to our home after our contractor thought there was some left over mold, come to find out it was just old dark glue on sheet rock where baseboard had been ripped off by our contractor. It was a Friday and they were about 45 minutes away, I felt really bad for them but they came back with a smile on their face and we're very very nice about it! He quickly arranged for his team to come and extract the standing water under my subfloor and placed equipment to begin the drying process. ServiceMaster even came back to check on the floor to ensure it was drying out properly. During set up and tear down, they took extra precaution to make sure my floors were protected.
